Service and operator
CertMetrica is operated by SUPER DAVID UNIVERSE LLC in California, USA. These terms describe the service provided through certmetrica.com. Contact us through Support in your account or at support@qwertynetworks.com.
Data we process
We process account and certificate names, contact details, language settings, invitations, answers, grades, assessment recordings where required, support messages and payment records. Security logs may include IP addresses, browser information and timestamps.
Use of data
We use this information to operate accounts, conduct and review assessments, issue and verify certificates, manage billing and invitations, deliver messages and prevent abuse. Essential cookies support sign-in, security and language preferences.
Service providers
OpenAI processes assessment content for question generation, grading and audio features. Stripe and PayPal process payments; our server does not receive full card numbers. Hosting and email providers also process the data needed to deliver the service, including outside your country.
HR access
The HR inviter can access the result and exact answers for a sponsored assessment after the participant agrees. Access to other completed assessments requires separate consent and can be revoked in the participant dashboard. HR users are responsible for lawful invitations and their use of results.
Certificate verification
Anyone with a certificate verification link can view the certificate details displayed there. Share verification links carefully. Do not treat AI-generated assessment results as the sole basis for an employment decision.
Retention and requests
We keep records as needed to maintain your account, verify certificates, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Contact Support to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to question an assessment. Some records may need to be retained; applicable privacy rights remain available.
