CertMetrica is operated by SUPER DAVID UNIVERSE LLC in California, USA. These terms describe the service provided through certmetrica.com. Contact us through Support in your account or at support@qwertynetworks.com.
Prices and allowances
HR plans are subscription-only. Choose a monthly or annual plan.
One payment, one started assessment, no subscription
Unused monthly assessments expire and do not roll over. Annual payment is upfront; the allowance still resets every month.
Each new started attempt uses one assessment. Resuming or recovering the same attempt does not use another.

Plans and single assessments ↗Renewal and cancellation
Cancel renewal in Billing before the next charge. Cancellation stops further renewals and preserves access already paid for until its expiry. It does not automatically refund earlier charges.
Refund requests
Contact Support about duplicate charges, billing errors, unavailable paid access or refund requests. Failing an assessment does not itself mean the service was not provided. Mandatory consumer refund and withdrawal rights are not limited by this policy.
